Appointments

All patients are seen by appointment only.  Please check in with the receptionist to confirm your arrival to our office.  If there has been a change in your name, address, phone, or insurance coverage since your last visit, please let us know.  If it becomes necessary to cancel your appointment, please call us within 24 hours so other patients can be scheduled at that time.   Appointments can be scheduled by calling 570-288-8100 extension 246.

Calls & Telephone Messages

Please refer to our phone directory when calling the office.   If you are leaving a message, please leave your name, number, and purpose of your call.   Your call will be returned promptly.   If you call after 4:00 pm, the answering service will take a message. Remember to dial 911 for emergencies.

Prescription Refills

Requests for refills may be made during regular office hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling 570-288-8100 – extension 239.  All medications can be refilled two business days prior to when the original prescription is scheduled to run out.  Refill requests that are phoned in after 3 p.m. will be filled the following business day, therefore, a refill called in after 3 p.m. on Friday will be handled the following Monday.  Please note, if you have not been seen by a Gastroenterology Consultant physician within the last six months and do not have a follow up visit scheduled, you may be asked to make an appointment prior to the authorization of medication refills.
