Office Hours
Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you have a problem that requires immediate attention after hours, please call our office at 570.288.8100 and our answering service will notify the physician on call.
Appointments
We appreciate your effort to arrive on time for your appointment. If you must miss an appointment, please contact us 24 or more hours in advance to reschedule. This will help us maintain a precise appointment schedule and allow us to spend time with you when you are here. If you miss an appointment we will call you with a friendly reminder. Further missed appointments without notification can result in a $ 25.00 charge which is not billable to an insurance company.
Prescriptions
Please contact your pharmacy for any routine refills at least a week before your supply is gone to avoid running out of medications. We handle all medication prescriptions/refills during office hours only, and we can only refill prescriptions that were originally prescribed by our physicians.
Emergencies
If you have a digestive health emergency while our office is closed, a physician is always on-call. Please call 570.288.8100 and our answering service will have a physician call you. Remember to always dial 911 for a life threatening situation.
